My girl LOVES to wear this collar!,
I bought this collar for a Golden Retriever that I inherited from my mom after my mom passed away. She needed a boost and I swear, this collar did it! I only let her wear it when we go to her training class (which she loves) so whenever she sees me pull it out she immediately sits like a good girl – but the tail is wagging a mile a minute! It’s just the right width, the connector works great and it’s gorgeous. Perfect.

I bought this for my 120 pound mastiff and I get so many compliments! The colors are extremely bright (well, were before she rolled in the dirt many times!) But even dirty the colors look great.

|Love This Collar,
This is a really nice collar. I got it for my Blue Merle Miniature Cockapoo and it looks great with his coloring. This collar + a bow tie ID tag = sooo cute. It’s perfect because he looks like a boy dog that belongs to a girl. It really is a good looking collar and helps makes my dog look loved and cared for. The collars are bright and still look vibrant even after he’s rolled around in straight dirt at the dog park a few times and grass almost everyday.
I like adjustable collars because I like to be able to adjust how tight the collar is depending on how long my dog’s hair is. He has gone through a few cheaper collars and after this collar I won’t go back. What I really like about this collar is that unlike other adjustable collars I have tried, it’s very secure and pretty much stays at the length you adjust it to until you adjust it again. This is really great for my puppy that tends to chew on collars when they get too loose. I also got the matching leash. Perfect match.

|Just what I needed!,
This is so great! It was exactly what I had needed. I started with a standard choke chain but it was rubbing the skin on my dogs neck, so I upgraded to a choke chain with nylon weaved into the chain links…. still there was unnecessary skin irritation going on but I couldn’t use a standard collar because my 86lb American Bulldog would either be choked because his head keeps growing so big, or it would slip off of him if he pulled away from me! This collar is gentle enough on his skin but lets me stay in control of my dog! I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a larger and stronger breed of dog!

I received this product just today and tried it out on my 5 month old rottweiler. This is my fourth dog in 15 years. I have a lot of choke chains in many sizes as well as collars for any age dog. Most of the things I buy for my dogs actually outlived my last three dogs cause I try to always buy sturdy quality products. This item is no exception; it is well made of sturdy nylon. I have found choke chains to be highly effective in keeping my current dog in check but cannot keep the choke chain on him if he is not being supervised. It was recommmended to me that this product can be worn like a typical collar and not be anymore hazardous to the dog choking than your run-of-the-mill collar. It true. This collar works like a choke chain but unlike the choke chain it is limited in how tight it will get. Now I don’t have to take the choke chain off. I don’t know how long I will use this because my other dogs used the choke only for short periods. However, this Rottweiler seems to be very strong willed so this may be his permanent collar. And it looks like this collar is made well enough.

|Effective and gentle,
This collar closes as the dog pulls, but it doesn’t “choke” as much as a chain collar does, because of the canvas collar material. Our 36 lbs hound (rescue) walks very nicely on it, it’s easy to take on and off (no “relooping”) and it fits her perfectly (3/4 inch). Recommended.
